随着社会经济的不断发展,全球范围内的森林资源逐渐减少,生态环境的恶化使全世界的人们开始关注森林资源的价值。国有森工企业是林业生产经营的主要载体,低投入、高产出的木材生产方式,使得森林资源锐减,而且森工企业也因此陷入了艰难的困境。究其原因,主要是因为森工企业缺乏资产投入和资产管理不当,因此加强国有森工企业资产管理、提高资产使用效率显得颇为重要。本文将对国有森工企业资产现状和存在的问题进行深入的探究,并在此基础上提出建设性建议,以期在未来的国有森工企业资产管理中形成一套科学的管理机制,加强资产管理、提高资产使用效率,为我国森工企业发展寻求新的发展契机。
