国际海事组织海上环境保护委员会第34届会议于1993年7月5日至9日在其伦敦总部举行,出席会议的有53个国家、联系会员香港、观察员乌克兰,25个国际组织的代表,海安会、散化分委会、船旗国履约分委会主席也出席了会议。会议主席是P.Bergmeijer先生(荷兰),会议议程23项,中国代表团参加了会议议程的全部活动,并派员参加加强检验工作组的工作,会议情况如下: 一、国际海洋防污公约情况
The 34th Session of the IMO Committee on Marine Environmental Protection was held at its headquarters in London from July 5 to 9, 1993.
