中职班主任在中职班级中扮演着重要角色,承担着主要的管理责任。但随着中职教育环境的变化,如今中职班主任的管理工作面临更大的挑战,管理难度进一步加大。其管理的水平和质量对中职生的素质以及学生的整体形象均有重要影响。因此,中职班主任应正确面对管理困境,并努力寻找到解决的路径,以此不断提高自身的管理能力。本文分析了当前中职班主任在管理中面临的困境,并结合自身管理经验,提出了相关的管理对策,以期能为广大同行提供经验借鉴。
Secondary vocational school teacher plays an important role in secondary vocational classes, bear the main management responsibility. However, with the changes in the secondary education environment, nowadays the management of secondary class teachers faces greater challenges and the management difficulty is further increased. The level and quality of its management have an important impact on the quality of secondary vocational students and the overall image of students. Therefore, secondary vocational school teachers should correctly manage the dilemma, and strive to find a solution to the path, in order to continuously improve their management capabilities. This article analyzes the difficulties faced by the current mid-level teacher in the management, combined with their own management experience, put forward the relevant management strategies, with a view to providing experience for the general counterparts.
