研究了2种套袋时期及3种去袋时期组合处理对新红星苹果果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同袋期控制对新红星苹果单果重、果形指数、果肉硬度和可滴定酸含量影响不显著,对其他品质指标影响不一致;新红星苹果套袋过早,虽然能促进果面光洁,但影响着色,并且降低可溶性固形物及总糖含量;去袋时期过早,果面着色、鲜艳度及光洁度均较差,不能有效地改善外观品质,而去袋时间过晚,会造成可溶性固形物及总糖含量下降,影响内在品质;新红星苹果果实在袋内时间过长,会明显降低果实的可溶性固形物含量;新红星苹果的适宜套袋时期为花后55d,适宜去袋时期为采收前20d,果实在袋内时间70d左右。
The effects of two bagging periods and three bagging periods on the fruit quality of New Star apple were studied.
