研究了２种套袋时期及３种去袋时期组合处理对新红星苹果果实品质的影响。结果表明，不同袋期控制对新红星苹果单果重、果形指数、果肉硬度和可滴定酸含量影响不显著，对其他品质指标影响不一致；新红星苹果套袋过早，虽然能促进果面光洁，但影响着色，并且降低可溶性固形物及总糖含量；去袋时期过早，果面着色、鲜艳度及光洁度均较差，不能有效地改善外观品质，而去袋时间过晚，会造成可溶性固形物及总糖含量下降，影响内在品质；新红星苹果果实在袋内时间过长，会明显降低果实的可溶性固形物含量；新红星苹果的适宜套袋时期为花后５５ｄ，适宜去袋时期为采收前２０ｄ，果实在袋内时间７０ｄ左右。
The effects of two bagging periods and three bagging periods on the fruit quality of New Star apple were studied.
