主要研究吉林农业科技学院药植园中的“苦参、黄芪、甘草、藁本、防风、板蓝根、五味子、黄芩”八种药用植物的根际主要微生物类群的数目与季节、土壤层次变化。结果表明:根际土壤微生物以细菌占绝对优势,其次为放线菌,最后为真菌。随着土壤深度的增加,八种药用植物的细菌数量依次增加,而放线菌和真菌则表现为依次减少的趋势,并且细菌数量随季节变化的关系都是春季>秋季>夏季>冬季,而放线菌和真菌随季节变化的数量却受根际环境的影响比较大,没有明显关系。
