目的了解泸州市食品中主要化学污染物及有害因素的污染水平和趋势,及时发现食品安全隐患并确定危害因素的分布和可能来源,为采取相应的风险管控和监管措施提供科学依据。方法从泸州市不同地点食品流通环节购买食品样品,按照《食品安全国家标准》、《食品卫生检验方法》和2015年《食品安全风险监测工作手册》等的相关检测方法进行检测分析。结果共检测食品类样品215份,其中199份合格,合格率为92.56%;不合格样品和指标为谷物制品和水产动物制品中的铝、肉与肉制品中的五氯酚钠和亚硝酸钠、蔬菜中的汞、氯氰菊酯和3-羟基克百威。结论泸州市2015年食品安全风险监测理化指标合格率较高,但部分食品仍存在较高的安全风险,应采取针对性措施进一步加强重点环节监管,确保本市食品安全。
Objective To understand the pollution level and trend of the main chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food in Luzhou City, discover the hidden dangers of food in time and determine the distribution and possible sources of the harmful factors so as to provide a scientific basis for the corresponding risk control and regulatory measures. Methods Food samples were purchased from food circulation in different locations of Luzhou City. The samples were tested and analyzed according to the relevant testing methods such as “Food Safety National Standard”, “Food Sanitation Inspection Method” and “2015 Food Safety Risk Monitoring Workbook”. Results A total of 215 food samples were detected, of which 199 were qualified with a pass rate of 92.56%. The unqualified samples and indicators were sodium pentachlorophenate and sodium nitrite in aluminum, meat and meat products from cereal products and aquatic animal products , Mercury in Vegetables, Cypermethrin, and 3-Hydroxycarbofuran. Conclusion Luzhou City in 2015 the food safety risk monitoring physical and chemical indicators pass rate is high, but some foods still have high security risks, we should take targeted measures to further strengthen the supervision of key areas to ensure food safety in the city.
