在职业教育以“能力教育”为中心的教学体系逐步形成和发展的过程中,有人对“能力教育”产生了一些错误认识,即误以为只要增加实践教学的比例,就能有效地提高教学效果,促进能力的培养;误认为加强学生技能的培养,就是加强学生熟练操作能力的培养;误以为让学生在实习基地自主实习,就能培养其实际工作能力,如此等等。教育工作者对上述错误认识必须认真剖析与思考,才能使“能力教育”走上正确的轨道。
