本文对取热器与冷凝器分离的被动式相变冷却系统的热阻及响应时间进行了研究.热阻与响应时间分别是冷却系统在稳态及非稳态条件下的表征参数.通过建立热输运管路内的换热模型,着重分析了管径、管长、倾斜角度对这两个参数的影响.实验研究表明:整个冷却系统在负荷突然增加时,响应特性良好;管径与管长的减小、倾斜角的降低均有利于热阻的减小,而且热阻随着负荷的增加而减小;热阻较小时,热输运管内冷凝换热较弱,管路沿程温度场的均匀性较好,相应的响应时间较短.
In this paper, the thermal resistance and response time of a passive phase-change cooling system with separate heat collector and condenser are studied.The thermal resistance and the response time are respectively the characterization parameters of the cooling system under steady-state and unsteady conditions, The influence of tube diameter, tube length and tilt angle on these two parameters is emphatically analyzed.The experimental results show that the response of the whole cooling system is good when the load suddenly increases, The decrease of the length and the decrease of the inclination angle all contribute to the decrease of the thermal resistance, and the thermal resistance decreases with the increase of the load.
