企业作为我国市场经济发展的主力军,也是推动社会前进和科学文化发展的支柱力量,它有着不可替代的重要作用。企业管理事关企业的健康和快速发展,地位十分显著。企业管理质量的高低关系到企业发展速度的快慢,关系到企业运行的平稳与否。受到各种因素的影响,我国企业的管理或多或少都出现了一些问题,亟需管理手段的改进和创新。本文正是以此为切入点,论述了我国企业管理的创新化思路,分别从四个方面对我国创新管理模式,改变管理策略进行了深度分析。希望借助本文的浅薄研究,可以为相关企业的发展提供有益的参考。
As the main force in the development of the market economy in our country, the enterprise is also a pillar force for promoting social progress and scientific and cultural development. It plays an irreplaceable and important role. Business management concerns the health and rapid development of enterprises, the status is very significant. The quality of business management is related to the speed of business development, related to the smooth operation of the enterprise or not. Affected by all kinds of factors, there are some problems in the management of our country enterprises more or less, and the improvement and innovation of management methods are urgently needed. Based on this point, this article discusses the innovative ideas of business management in our country and deeply analyzes the innovation management mode and the change management strategy of our country from four aspects.
