患者彭某,女,45岁。一月前无任何诱因夜间突发性右侧头痛。疼痛时自感右眼抽动胀痛,并放射至同侧耳部,面部阵发性疼痛。疼痛时间短,间歇时间长,晚上休息时头痛较剧。在当地医院就诊多次治疗无效。患者既往身体健康,无偏头痛及三叉神经疼痛病史。检查无发热,白细胞计数不高,仅于发病后数日内服过消炎、止痛等药物,疼痛无明显缓解。口腔颌面部检查:两侧面部对称,双侧部对称,双侧鼻腔粘膜无红肿,通气好,无脓涕,右侧上颌窦壁
