心电图是诊断肺心病重要方法之一,心电图P波的变化与肺心病的关系,早已引起临床工作者的重视,V_1导联P波起始指数是显示右心房异常的敏感指标。本文测定已确诊病例的心电图V_1导联的P波起始指数(简称IPI—V_1)探讨其对肺心病的诊断意义。
Electrocardiogram is one of the important methods to diagnose pulmonary heart disease. The relationship between P wave changes and pulmonary heart disease has drawn the attention of clinicians. The V-lead index of V_1 is a sensitive indicator of right atrial abnormality. In this paper, we determined the initial P-wave index (IPI-V_1) of electrocardiogram V 1 leads of diagnosed cases to explore their diagnostic significance for pulmonary heart disease.
