Some people often put China’s computer industry by geographical distribution, summed up a set of “bow and arrow” theory, bow back - along the coast of the coastal open city, arrow - along the Yangtze River inland deepening cities A “stress point” - the Bohai Economic Zone centered on Beijing, the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone centered on Shanghai, the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone centered on Shenzhen, and the Mainland-centered Mainland becoming the nerve of China’s computer industry Dense area. However, as history entered the mid-1990s, a new name became known to and well known by the Chinese computer community. The name was Shenyang He Guang. He extended his “bow back” to the three industrial provinces in Northeast China, the most developed transportation industry in the country.
