通过对安徽高职教育可持续发展的基础进行分析,提出安徽现代职业教育在发展过程中存在的机遇与挑战、优势与劣势.结合高职教育实际,从“大教育”体系建设、职教发展方式转变、技能人才培养、教学模式改革、师资队伍建设等五个方面提出安徽区域职业教育科学发展与规划战略目标、任务.
By analyzing the basis of sustainable development of Anhui higher vocational education, this paper puts forward the opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages existing in the development of modern vocational education in Anhui Province.Combined with the actuality of higher vocational education, from the “education” system construction, Teaching development, transformation of teaching methods, cultivation of skilled personnel, reform of teaching mode, construction of teaching staff, and so on, put forward the strategic goals and tasks of scientific development and planning of vocational education in Anhui Province.
