一、大学生村官基本情况(一)大学生村官的基本特征在被调查的27名大学生村官中,大学生村官群体的基本特征主要表现在以下六个方面:一是男女村官的比例具有一定的差距,男性村官高于女性村官19.05个百分点;二是本地生源占有绝对优势,比例高达96%,只有一名来自外地;三是2/3的村官都是本科毕业生,其余1/3为专科毕业生,研究生及更高学历上表现为数据缺失;四是农村户口大学生村官占总数一半以上,是城市户口大学生村官的一倍;五是大学生村官任职时间大都为12个月以上,任职不足一年
