目的探讨热毒宁针剂对小儿急性支气管炎伴哮喘患儿呼吸功能及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的影响。方法将2014年6月至2016年6月住院的92例急性支气管炎伴哮喘患儿采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗措施,观察组在对照组的基础上给予热毒宁针剂治疗。通过比较两组治疗前后呼吸功能指标用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、血氧分压(PaO_2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)数值变化来评估两组患儿的呼吸功能;通过比较两组治疗前后TNF-α、IL-4、IFN-γ活性来评估热毒宁针剂对患儿免疫功能的影响。结果治疗后观察组FVC(3.08±0.19)L、FEV1(2.88±0.52)L、PaO_2(85.46±6.21)mm Hg、IFN-γ(24.54±3.42)均较治疗前及对照组治疗后(2.76±0.20)L、(2.51±0.49)L、(80.16±5.46)mm Hg、(19.85±3.26)显著较高,PaCO_2(42.46±3.85)mm Hg、TNF-α(1.62±0.33)ng/L、IL-4(7.86±2.15)ng/L较治疗前及对照组治疗后(44.57±3.72)mm Hg、(2.21±0.34)ng/L、(9.21±2.43)ng/L显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁针剂治疗急性支气管炎伴哮喘患儿可显著提高患儿的呼吸功能,改善体内TNF-α、IL-4、IFN-γ活性以提高患儿免疫功能,疗效显著,可在临床上推广使用。
