The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening and Improving the Style of Work of the Party” passed at the 6th Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee clearly sets forth the guiding ideology and general requirements for strengthening and improving the party’s style of work. This guideline and general requirements also set a clear direction for the party newspaper to grasp the work style, improve the style of writing, and train the workforce. Grasping the correct orientation of public opinion is the party’s occupation of “public opinion window.”
