良好的师生关系是师生情感互动的基石。学生情感这个内因,在教师情感这个外因的作用下,产生双向交流,借助情感这个媒介,可以达到英语教学的最佳境界。心理学研究表明,人在宽松、和谐的气氛中,可充分发挥其主观能动性,从而能以最快的速度获得信息,并能较长时间保留记忆。因此,教师要十分重视课堂教学中情感交流的作用,努力创造和谐课堂。和谐课堂不仅是我们教学实践的目标,也是我们教学之路的梦想教育境界。那么如何营造一个良好的氛围,创造一个和谐的课堂,使教师能在宽松和谐的气氛中传播知识,学生能在愉快的情绪中接受知识呢?
A good teacher-student relationship is the cornerstone of emotional interaction between teachers and students. The internal emotion of student emotion produces two-way communication under the external cause of teacher’s emotion. With the medium of emotion, the best state of English teaching can be achieved. Psychological research shows that people can give full play to their subjective initiative in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere so as to obtain the information as quickly as possible and retain the memory for a longer period of time. Therefore, teachers should attach great importance to the role of emotional communication in classroom teaching, and strive to create a harmonious classroom. Harmonious classroom is not only the goal of our teaching practice, but also the dream education realm of our teaching way. So how to create a good atmosphere, to create a harmonious classroom, so that teachers can spread knowledge in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere, students in a pleasant mood to accept knowledge?
