某既有空心板桥在长期的服役过程中,在车辆荷载和环境腐蚀作用下,结构受损严重。静载试验表明其承载力已经大幅下降,不能满足现有交通运输的需求。为此,采用预应力混合C/GFRP布技术对其进行加固,开展加固前后的静载试验对比研究,结果表明:加固后桥梁承载能力得到显著提高,桥梁的强度及刚度满足规范要求,达到加固设计目标。
The existing hollow slab bridge in the long service process, under the load of vehicles and environmental corrosion, the structure is severely damaged. Static load test shows that the carrying capacity has dropped significantly, can not meet the needs of existing transport. Therefore, the prestressed hybrid C / GFRP cloth technology is used to reinforce it, and the static load test comparison before and after reinforcement is carried out. The results show that the bearing capacity of the bridge is significantly improved, the strength and rigidity of the bridge meet the requirements of the specification, Design goals.
