水利作为国民经济的基础设施和基础产业,其重要性近年来越来越受到各级部门和广大人民群众的理解和重视。水利工程设计作为水利工程建设前期的初期以及关键环节,日益受到社会各界的重视,搞好设计优化工作,提高设计质量,对保证工程质量,控制工程投资和工期具有重要的意义。文章主要对完善水利工程设计工作提出了几点设想。
