我國勞动人民早已創造了人工面剂填鴨的全部技术,這對鴨的强制肥育上起了显著作用。惟應指出此乃一种家庭手工业的生产方式,随着社会需要的激增,便形成了供不应求之势。若用旧法進行大规模生产来滿足社會的需要,就非培養大批熟練的填鴨工人不可。如此勢必造成成本高和提高勞动效率的困難。欲求家庭手工業生產方式与大規模生产方式間的矛盾得到合理解决,就必須以机器代人工,從而進行技術的徹底改造。非
The working people in our country have already created all the technologies of artificial face-filling, which has played a significant role in compulsory fattening of ducks. However, it should be pointed out that this is a production mode of handicrafts for the family. As the needs of the community have surged, there has been a shortage of supply. If we use the old method of mass production to meet the needs of the community, we should not train a large number of skilled duck-filling workers. This will inevitably lead to high costs and improve labor efficiency difficulties. If the contradiction between the mode of production of family handicrafts and the mode of mass production is solved reasonably, we must replace the contradictions between the mode of production of family handicrafts with that of large-scale production by means of machines on the one hand and the complete technical transformation on the other hand. non-
