The mainstream newspaper is the banner of guiding correct public opinion and the link and bridge between the party and the government in contacting the masses. Baoding Evening News not only played a role as a bridge link, but also extended the service chain. Through the establishment of a caring team and building a commonweal platform, the Baoding Evening News made use of all aspects of the newspaper resources to help the masses to solve various problems.
