北京天则经济研究所和郑州大学中国土地法律研究中心于2010年2月3日在北京湖北大厦联合召开了“《土地管理法》修法建议”研讨会,与会的经济学界和法学界的二十余位知名学者围绕我国《土地管理法》修改总体构想与土地产权制度、土地利用制度和土地征收制度如何变革等重大主题展开学术交流与对话。本文采取实录的形式来反映会议的内容和进程。

Beijing Tianze Economic Research Institute and China Land Law Research Center of Zhengzhou University jointly held a seminar on “Laws on Land Management Law Revision” held on February 3, 2010 in Hubei Tower in Beijing. The economic and legal scholarships More than 20 well-known scholars around the “Land Management Law” to amend the overall concept and the land property system, land use system and how to change the land acquisition and other major topics of academic exchange and dialogue. This article takes the form of a record to reflect the content and process of the meeting.
