Xiaojie New Village is one of the three residential areas of the Chewan Brigade in Chengguan Town, Tianmen County. There are 36 families. It is mainly engaged in the production of vegetables and sideline businesses (such as clothing, gloves, grain, cotton, and oil processing), with a per capita income of 613 yuan. Most people have deposits of 3,000 to 5,000 yuan and are urgently demanding new homes. The Hubei Provincial Department of Construction Building Standard Design Station collaborated with the Tianmen County Construction Commission to implement the new village planning and housing design with a small street as a pilot. The entire planned land is 7,819 square meters.
