测定一些金属在30%Nn20%异辛醇-煤油有机相和来自焙烧浸出钴硫矿的氯化溶液间的分配比,其萃取顺序为:Zn>Feall)>Cu>G),F)>Mn>Ch>Mg。根据这些分配比设计一个具有二段分馏萃取的流程制备纯氯化钴溶液以便进一步生产醋酸钴。在这流程中采用35台中20mm的离心萃取器制备为生产1.5醋酸钴所需的氯化钴溶液。结果表明:氯化钴中所有金属杂质除锰外都达到生产化学纯的醋酸钴要求;钴在萃余液中损失小于1%;钴的直收率大于94%;该过程操作容易,稳定可靠。
The distribution ratios of some metals in a 30% Nn20% isooctanol-kerosene organic phase and a chlorinated solution from calcined leaching cobalt-sulfur ore were determined in the order of Zn> Feall> Cu> G), F)> Mn > Ch> Mg. According to these distribution ratio design a two-stage fractional extraction process to prepare pure cobalt chloride solution for further production of cobalt acetate. In this process, 35 medium 20 mm centrifugal extractors were used to prepare the cobalt chloride solution required for the production of 1.5 cobalt acetate. The results show that all of the metal impurities in cobalt chloride not only meet the requirements of producing pure cobalt acetate but also less than 1% of cobalt in the raffinate; the direct yield of cobalt is more than 94%; the process is easy to operate, stable and reliable .
