体育高等职业院校青年教师专业能力强,具备吃苦耐劳精神,但是文化基础薄弱,思想政治意识较为淡薄。受社会价值观的多元化、外来不良思潮的影响,他们在思想认识上模糊,政治立场不坚定,这既影响青年教师职业生涯的发展,也影响大学生的成长成才和高校社会主义办学方向。因此,体育高等职业院校应加强青年教师的思想政治工作,加强社会主义核心价值观的引导,强化党建工作,把思想政治工作和解决实际问题结合起来,健全工作机制。
The young teachers in higher vocational colleges have strong professional abilities and have the spirit of hard-working and hard-working. However, the cultural foundation is weak and the ideological and political awareness is rather weak. Influenced by the diversity of social values and the unfavorable ideological trend of foreign countries, they are vague in their ideological understanding and their political positions are not firm. This not only affects the development of young teachers’ careers, but also affects the growth and success of college students and the direction of running colleges and universities in socialism. Therefore, PE vocational colleges should strengthen the ideological and political work of young teachers, strengthen the guidance of socialist core values, strengthen the party building work, combine ideological and political work with solving practical problems, and perfect the working mechanism.
