自去年3月份上海市汽车维修管理处发出《关于在本市汽车维修行业开展诚信服务活动的通知》以来,行业中各规范服务达标单位积极投入到以争创“规范服务执行好、维修及时质量好、管理机制运行好、硬件设备环境好、用户满意信誉好”(五好)为标准的诚信服务星级单位活动,经过公平、公开、公正的申报、评审和检查,日前全市汽修行业诚信服务一、二、三星级单位在公示后即将“出炉”。
