目的探讨6S管理在ICU护理安全管理中的运用价值。方法随机抽取30名本科室护理人员,采用德尔菲法建立安全评价模型,进行安全管理前后的效果评价。结果本组试验的护理人员实施6S管理模式后的日常护理、药品管理、病房管理及理论知识等各项护理质量指标的评分均明显高于实施前的评分,经比较(P<0.05),则差异有统计学意义。结论 ICU的护理人员实施6S管理模式后,有效减少护理差错的发生,降低了护理风险提高了护理质量。
Objective To explore the value of 6S management in ICU nursing safety management. Methods A total of 30 nursing staffs were randomly selected. The Delphi method was used to establish the safety evaluation model, and the safety evaluation was conducted before and after the safety management. Results The scores of nursing quality indicators such as daily nursing, drug administration, ward management and theoretical knowledge after the 6S management mode were tested in this group were all significantly higher than those before the implementation (P <0.05), then The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion After 6S management mode is implemented, nurses in ICU can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing errors, reduce the risk of nursing and improve the quality of nursing.
