目的:了解长兴县各级医疗机构消毒效果,为科学指导医院消毒工作、预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法:按卫生部《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)的方法和要求,于2008～2009年对各级医疗机构的空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液进行了消毒效果监测。结果:2008年总合格率为92.5%,2009年总合格率96.4%,县级医院、乡镇卫生院、个体诊所总合格率依次为99.1%、92.0%、95.2%。结论:长兴县各级医疗机构消毒效果虽然合格率较高,但仍需加强消毒质量,特别是应加强空气消毒工作的落实。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Changxing County and provide scientific basis for scientific guidance on hospital disinfection, prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods: According to the methods and requirements of “Disinfection Technical Code” and “Sterilization and Sanitation Standard of Hospital” (GB15982-1995) issued by Ministry of Public Health, the air, surface of objects, hand of medical staff at all levels of medical institutions from 2008 to 2009 were disinfected Liquid disinfection monitoring. Results: The overall qualification rate was 92.5% in 2008 and the total pass rate in 2009 was 96.4%. The total pass rate of county hospitals, township hospitals and individual clinics was 99.1%, 92.0% and 95.2% respectively. Conclusion: Although the disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Changxing County is high, the disinfection quality still needs to be strengthened. In particular, the implementation of air disinfection should be strengthened.
