通过对基层车险理赔服务现状存在的问题进行了调研,分析了影响车险理赔服务的主要原因,并对如何改善基层单位理赔服务水平提出了建议。
Based on the investigation of the existing problems in the status quo of the claims insurance at the grassroots level, the paper analyzes the main reasons that affect the insurance claims service and gives some suggestions on how to improve the claims service level of the grassroots units.
