目的建立工作场所空气中酞酸酯类化合物的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法微孔滤膜采集空气中气溶胶态酞酸酯各组分,二硫化碳洗脱后用毛细管气相色谱(FID)测定。结果酞酸酯各组分平均洗脱效率为93.8%-101.3%,当空气中浓度在0.18-7.20 mg/m3时,采样效率达到 100%;方法的最低检测浓度为0.06~0.14 mg/m3(采样100 L),相对标准偏差3.2%~8.6%;样品在室温下可保存5 d.结论本方法适用于工作场所空气中酞酸酯类化合物的浓度测定。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of phthalate esters in the air of the workplace by solvent desorption. Methods Microporous filters were used to collect the airborne components of aerosol phthalate. Carbon disulfide was eluted with capillary gas chromatography (FID). Results The average elution efficiency of each component of phthalate esters was 93.8% -101.3%. When the air concentration was 0.18-7.20 mg / m3, the sampling efficiency was 100%. The minimum detection concentration The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.2% -8.6%, and the sample was stored at room temperature for 5 days. Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of phthalic acid Ester compounds concentration determination.
