目的:观察~(99)锝-亚甲基二磷酸盐(~(99)Tc-MDP)治疗老年类风湿关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将44例老年类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组,~(99)Tc-MDP组联合应用~(99)Tc-MDP与氨甲蝶呤(MTX),对照组联合应用双氯酚酸钠与MTX治疗。结果:两组对疼痛疗效差异均无显著意义(P>0.05),~(99)Tc-MDP组对关节功能改善程度优于对照组且差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:~(99)Tc-MDP治疗RA安全、有效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ~ (99) technetium-methylene diphosphate (~ (99) Tc-MDP) in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in the elderly. Methods: Forty-four elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups: 99 Tc-MDP group and methotrexate group. The control group was treated with diclofenac Sodium and MTX treatment. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the curative effect of pain (P> 0.05). The improvement of joint function in ~ (99) Tc-MDP group was better than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: 99Tc-MDP in the treatment of RA is safe and effective.
