本文研究对象属石英脉型金矿石。进行了自然颗粒金的细磨试验,比较了加工流程,提出了石英脉型金矿石加工方法:样品连续细磨或细磨后再返复二次。当初次细磨被压成片状或搓成条状的金再次细磨就被折断,加上石英砂的切割而成为细小颗粒,提高了均匀度,达到减少称样的目的。究竟称样少到什么程度为极限?在数学推导的基础上,对含金品位高、中、低样品举例进行了计算,说明称样重量是含金品位、给定误差和样品粒度的函数。
The object of this paper is quartz vein type gold ore. The fine grained test of natural grain gold was carried out. The processing flow was compared and the quartz vein type gold ore processing method was put forward. The sample was finely ground or finely ground and then returned to the secondary. When the first fine grinding is pressed into a sheet or rub into a strip of gold fine grinding is broken again, together with the quartz sand cut into small particles, improve the uniformity, to reduce the kind of purpose. On the basis of mathematical derivation, the examples of samples with high, medium and low gold content are calculated, which shows that the sample weight is a function of gold content, given error and sample size.
