在缺乏高频喷射给氧的条件下及气管表面麻醉不全时,用硬管支气管镜(简称硬镜)行气管异物取出术,难免发生呛咳、屏气,甚至呼吸停止。我院自制的硬镜接头,在不拔出硬镜的情况下能施行人工通气。经临床应用,效果满意,兹将制作方法介绍如下。硬镜接头系采用面罩硬塑料接头(内径约为14mm)。另选用塑料眼药滴瓶(厚度约0.3～0.4mm),剪成46×20mm~2的长方形薄片,用“立得宝”或其他塑料粘接剂将其粘合在紧闭面罩接头内,即制成硬镜外口(直径约13.2mm)外套式接头,浸泡消毒后备用。必
