根据75-70-05-02项科研计划,我厂参加了非晶合金铁芯研制项目。按课题要求,我们研制了两台S14-50/10/0.4非晶合金铁芯配电变压器。其中一台的铁芯材料是75-70-05-01课题中试线提供的铁基非晶合金,另一台是美国2605S-2非晶料。两种材料的宽度均为100mm,铁芯采用迭片式,以便为非晶合金用于制造中型变压器作一次赏试。非晶材料的剪切,粘合及退火均由上海钢铁研究所按我厂设计图纸加工的。铁芯截面为矩形,线圈也是矩形,高、低压线圈同时绕制,并经烘干和浸漆处理。迭片时,先将三
According to 75-70-05-02 scientific research plan, I plant participated in the amorphous alloy core development project.
