当了快三十年的初中化学教师,最深的感触就是——一个能让学生学会主动学习的教师,才是真正会教的教师。学生强大的学习能力和良好的学习习惯是他们一生都受益无穷的。但是,对于现在的大多数一线教师而言,这可真是不容易做到。比如我,每次新学期第一次课上,看着学生学习新科目的积极热情,满眼的探究欲望,也觉着自己充满了教书育人的满腔热情,可后来满腔热情最终变为了整节课的灌输知识,学生主动探究的热情越来越少,学习靠的只是习惯和毅力了。
