目的调查石家庄市区蚊幼虫孳生情况,为蚊虫防制提供科学依据。方法于2011年7-8月对小型积水和容器积水采用直接观察法,大中型水体采用目测法结合捞勺法调查孳生情况;同时采集阳性积水或水体中的蚊幼虫带回实验室鉴定。结果大中型水体广场喷泉池、公园景观水域(人工湖)、民心河(环城人工河),平均阳性率为10.94%;各类小型积水和容器积水1120处,蚊幼虫孳生阳性221处,阳性率在6.35%~38.46%之间,平均阳性率为19.73%。蚊幼虫孳生优势种群为白纹伊蚊和淡色库蚊,其中白纹伊蚊占42.74%,淡色库蚊占35.55%。结论石家庄市不同水体蚊虫孳生各具特点,为蚊虫防制和治理策略制定提供了依据。
Objective To investigate the breeding of mosquito larvae in Shijiazhuang urban area and provide a scientific basis for mosquito control. Methods From July to August 2011, direct observation method was used for small water storage and container waterlogging. Large and medium-sized water bodies were surveyed by visual inspection method and scoop method. Meanwhile, positive water collected or mosquito larvae in water were taken back to the laboratory Identification. Results The average positive rate was 10.94%. The average positive rate was 10.94% for the large and medium-sized water fountain plazas, park landscape waters (artificial lakes) and Minxin River (artificial river around the city), and all kinds of small hydrops and container water 1120, mosquito larvae positive 221 , The positive rate was 6.35% ~ 38.46%, the average positive rate was 19.73%. The dominant populations of mosquito larvae were Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pallens, of which Aedes albopictus accounted for 42.74% and Culex pipiens pallens accounted for 35.55%. Conclusion The mosquitoes breeding in different water bodies in Shijiazhuang have their own characteristics, which provide the basis for the strategy of mosquito control and management.
