对15个栽培稻和17个普通野生稻的19个性状进行了遗传距离测定及聚类分析。结果表明,栽培稻与普通野生稻是相互有联系的两大类群;源于相同地域分布的普通野生稻未必具有相近的亲缘,根据遗传距离的大小,聚为7个生态类型。遗传距离反映了类型间的亲缘关系,是选择杂交亲本的重要多数,对野生稻种资源的利用提供一定的依据。
The genetic distance and cluster analysis of 19 traits of 15 cultivated rice and 17 common wild rice were conducted. The results showed that cultivated rice and Oryza rufipogon are the two major groups which are related to each other. Ordinary wild rice originating from the same geographical distribution may not have similar kinship and clustered into 7 ecological types according to the genetic distance. The genetic distance reflects the genetic relationship among the types and is an important majority for selecting hybrid parents and provides a basis for the utilization of wild rice species.
