This article is organized according to the “difficult ECG seminar” organized by the Shanghai Chapter of the Chinese Medical Association. Participants include Shanghai First People’s Hospital, Shanghai Fourth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital, Shanghai First Medical College Huashan Hospital, Shanghai Second Medical College affiliated Ruijin Hospital and other units.
