企业是推动我国经济发展的重要力量,如何防范融资风险,进行融资模式创新,是现代企业必须面对的问题,因为这有利于降低资金成本和融资风险,直接关系到企业的生存与长远发展。基于此,本文分析了当前市场的融资机遇,剖析了现代企业的融资风险,并为现代企业的融资模式创新指明路径,使企业能正确面对经济新常态和当前复杂的竞争格局。
Enterprises are an important force in promoting China’s economic development. How to prevent financing risks and innovate financing modes is a problem that modern enterprises must face because they are conducive to reducing the cost of capital and financing risks, and are directly related to the survival and long-term development of enterprises. Based on this, this paper analyzes the financing opportunities in the current market, analyzes the financing risks of modern enterprises, and points out the innovation path of financing for modern enterprises so that enterprises can correctly face the new normal economic conditions and the current complicated competition pattern.
