目的为制定中国青年女性全血比粘度参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国78个单位用毛细管法测定的2051例健康青年女性全血比粘度参考值,用曲线回归分析的方法研究了其与海拔高度之间的关系。结果发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,青年女性全血比粘度参考值按指数律也在逐渐的增大,相关性很显著(r=0.923)。推导出了一个曲线回归模型Y=3.80 ×1.000137X±0.73。结论如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度,就可以用回归模型估算这个地区的青年女性全血比粘度参考值。依据青年女性全血比粘度参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、中部区、东部区等3个区。
Objective To provide a scientific basis for the development of a unified standard for reference value of whole blood viscosity of Chinese young women. Methods The reference values of whole blood viscosity of 2051 healthy young women measured by capillary method in 78 units of China were collected. The relationship between them and altitude was studied by curve regression analysis. The results showed that with the gradual increase of altitude, the reference value of whole blood viscosity of young women also increased gradually with the exponential law, and the correlation was very significant (r = 0.923). A curve regression model was derived, Y = 3.80 × 1.000137X ± 0.73. Conclusion If you know the altitude of a place in China, you can use the regression model to estimate the reference value of the whole woman’s whole blood viscosity in this area. According to the dependence of young women’s reference value of whole blood viscosity and geographical factors, China is divided into three regions: Qinghai-Tibet, Central China and Eastern China.
