通过焊接热模拟试验和加速时效试验方法对102 钢管焊接接头热影响区内碳化物的变化进行了初步分析,结果认为,102 钢焊接接头的碳化物先于母材形成网状的粗大碳化物,在同样的运行条件下该区首先破坏。
The results show that the carbides of the welded joints of 102 steel form the reticular coarse carbides prior to the base metal, and the carbides in the heat affected zone of the welded pipe of the 102 steel pipes are analyzed by the thermal simulation test and accelerated aging test. Under the same operating conditions, the area is destroyed first.
