针对50Cr4W3Mo2VSi钢制作铜管热挤压底模使用中有开裂现象,开展提高其强韧性的试验研究。实验结果表明:调整钢的成分,将Nb代替Si加入钢中,显著提高了钢的冲击韧性和断裂韧性。进一步提高了底模的使用寿命。
For the 50Cr4W3Mo2VSi steel production of copper extrusion die in the use of cracking phenomenon, carried out to improve the toughness of the pilot study. The experimental results show that adjusting the composition of the steel, adding Nb instead of Si to the steel significantly improves the impact toughness and the fracture toughness of the steel. Further improve the life of the mold.
