浙江省机电设计研究院新近研究成功铁型覆砂铸造生产技术。并列入国家计委、机械工业部重点推广应用项目。该技术是在粗成型的金属型内腔覆上一薄层型砂而形成铸型,将金属型的重量、壁厚与覆砂层厚度合理地配合,使铸件的充型、凝固和冷却过程,在一个比较理想的条件下完成,最大限度地消除了铸件造成的缺陷.大大提高了铸件的表面质量和内在质量。铸铁件工艺出品年达90%左右,简化生产工序,节约成本。用砂量很少,可不设砂处理工部,减少设备投资,改善生产条件。该项目已在我国14个省市的30多家机械企业应用,已取得显著效益。(文海)
