大型齿轮的加工精度对齿轮传动中承载能力和使用寿命影响很大,滚齿机刀杆的精度对保证齿轮滚齿加工精度有一定影响。本文对大型滚齿机刀杆受力状况、破损形式进行了分析,结合国内外刀杆的材料和热处理选用的效果,提出了大型滚齿机刀杆使用短期内失去精度的主要原因:是残余应力的影响,而不是刀杆的自身强度不足。作者提出了提高大型滚齿机刀杆使用寿命的合理材料和热处理方法。
The machining accuracy of large gear has a great influence on the bearing capacity and service life of the gear drive. The accuracy of the gear hobbing machine has a certain influence on the gear hobbing accuracy. In this paper, the force conditions and the damage form of the large gear hobbing machine are analyzed. According to the material and the effect of the heat treatment at home and abroad, the main reason for the loss of precision in large hobbing machine is proposed: the residual stress, Rather than the lack of strength of the cutter bar itself.
