本文分析我院慢粒急变40例的临床表现和死因,提出诊断意见并探讨了与预后有关的因素。认为COHPT及HOAP两方案对急变有一定疗效,值得进一步试用。

This article analyzes the clinical manifestations and causes of death in 40 patients with acute myasthenia gravis in our hospital, put forward the diagnostic opinion and explore the prognostic factors. COHPT and HOAP two programs that have some effect on the rapid change, it is worth further trial.
