小学教育是整个国家教育体系的基础阶段,是一个儿童成长为一名合格社会公民的奠基工程。小学教育的质量如何直接影响着一个国家整体教育事业的发展,影响着一个国家的民族素质也涉及到一个儿童一生能否健康发展这一重大问题。
Primary education is the basic stage of the entire national education system and is the foundation stone for a child to become a qualified social citizen. How the quality of primary education directly affects the development of a country’s overall education and affects the national qualities of a country also involves the major issue of whether a child’s life can be well developed.
