目的:建立辛夷的顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱(HS-SPME-GC)特征图谱。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取技术(HS-SPME)直接提取辛夷中的挥发性成分,用气相色谱(GC)与气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)进行分离和鉴定。结果:建立了辛夷药材的HS-SPME-GC特征图谱,获得47个共有特征峰,通过HS-SPME-GC-MS鉴定了31个峰。聚类分析将14批样品分为3类,选定其中10批优质样品建立共有模式,12批样品的相似度在0.9以上。结论:本方法为辛夷药材的质量评价提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HS-SPME-GC characterization map of headspace by solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography (GC-MS). Methods: The volatile constituents of Magnolia biondii were extracted directly by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and separated and identified by gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: HS-SPME-GC characteristic map was established and 47 common characteristic peaks were obtained. 31 peaks were identified by HS-SPME-GC-MS. Cluster analysis of 14 batches of samples were divided into three categories, of which 10 batches of high-quality samples were selected to establish a common pattern, the similarity of 12 batches of samples was above 0.9. Conclusion: This method provides a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Xinyi medicinal materials.
