石家庄第四棉纺织厂是目前国内织布能力最大的企业,拥有职工8700人。近年来,在全国纺织行业大面积亏损的情况下,一直保持良好的发展势头。1994年,实现利税5336万元,创历史最高纪录;1995年,完成销售收入4.82亿元,创利税3244万元;1996年,完成销售收入4.75亿元,利税3410万元,经济效益继续名列全国同行业前列。企业先后荣获全国“五一劳动奖状”、河北省“经济效益好,社会贡献大”企业和全省“标兵企业”称号。在全国纺织行业普遍不景气的情况下,这个厂何以能一枝独秀?正如该厂厂长张佑斌同志所指出的:企业难在市场,出路也在市场。只有观念随着市场变,生产围着市场走,管理跟着市场改,才能产生好效益。
