[本刊讯]1995年6月,国家统计局国民经济核算司在北京召开了全国新国民经济核算体系全面过渡专家研讨会。这次会议主要是研究《经济循环帐户试编方案》和《1995年全国资产负债表试编方案》,讨论《中国国民经济核算体系(1992年文本)》修改意见。参加会议的代表有长期从事国民经济核算理论研究的专家学者、综合经济部门的实际工作者、部分省市从事国民经济核算工作的同志,国家统计局总统计师龙华同志及有关专业司的领导也出席了会议。张塞局长到会并做了重要讲话,翟立功副局长为会议做了总结。
[In a press release] In June 1995, the National Accounts Bureau of the National Bureau of Statistics held a seminar on comprehensive transition of the new national accounting system in Beijing. The meeting mainly studied “Trial Recycling Account Program” and “1995 National Balance Sheet Trial Plan” to discuss “China National Accounting System (1992 version)” amendment. Representatives attending the conference include experts and scholars who have been engaged in theoretical research on national economic accounting for a long time, actual workers in comprehensive economic sectors, comrades engaged in national economic accounting in some provinces and cities, leaders of the chief statistician of the State Statistics Bureau, Longhua, and relevant professional departments Attended the meeting Director Zhang Zemin arrived at the meeting and made an important speech.
