目的 研究锰对单胺类递质的影响及可能的细胞保护机制。方法 大鼠经饮水染锰(MnCl2·4H2O2.5和0.5g/L)90d后,取脑组织测定纹状体多巴胺(DA)、高香草酸(HVA)、3,4双羟苯乙酸(DOPAC),5羟色胺(5HT)、5羟吲哚乙酸(5HIAA)含量,以及脑组织丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果 高剂量组的5HIAA和HVA含量明显低于对照组和低剂量组,SOD活性随染毒剂量增加而增高,DA、DOPA含量与谷胱甘肽含量呈负相关,5HIAA、HVA含量SOD活性呈负相关。结论 锰可影响DA和5HT的代谢,而巯基和SOD有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of manganese on monoamine neurotransmitters and possible cytoprotective mechanisms. Methods Rat brain was used to determine the contents of dopamine (DA), homovanillic acid (HVA), 3,4-diphenylacetic acid (3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid) DOPAC, 5-hydroxytryptamine and 5-HIAA, as well as the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) . Results The content of 5HIAA and HVA in high-dose group was significantly lower than that in control group and low-dose group. The SOD activity increased with the increase of dose. The contents of DA and DOPA were negatively correlated with glutathione content. Content of SOD activity was negatively correlated. Conclusion Manganese can affect the metabolism of DA and 5HT, while the sulfhydryl and SOD have some protective effects.
